Atvars has a very long career as a hockey player not only in Latvia but also played in Russia, USA, Germany, Finland, Slovenia, several appearances in the Latvian national team with which he also won the gold medal at the championships (WCQ | A) from 199/2000, one of Latvia's most famous players to the point that at the end of his career as a player he was entrusted with the leadership of the Latvian Under 23 National Team with whom he is doing an incredible job.
We had to wait almost a year to get his answer and availability, it was not easy to convince him to come to Italy by giving up more than one of his sporting commitments but we did it, we always want the best for our kids and he is one of the best, even if his presence is brief, his contribution will be unforgettable.
