Over the years, summer preparation has proven to be one of the most important parts of training, professionals dedicate a lot of time to this aspect.
There are many objectives to follow, the improvement of skills, strength and speed, skating technique, explosiveness and one's psycho-physical condition.
This particular program is designed and applies exclusively for AA AND AAA players -

The program, designed in collaboration with NHL and KHL coaches and players, has an optimal three-week training path that includes ice training, athletic training, skills training, - including the difficulty of participating in a three-weekly program we have divided the program into weekly modules so as to allow those who want to participate for only a part of the program to be able to do it and thus make the most of the training sessions.
Players participating in the Elite program, if they feel like it, and if the number of participants allows it, can also participate, in addition to their own ice sessions, in a daily session of ice sessions with the other camp participants (provided that the number of participants registered for the regular camp allows the access of one or more Elite players).

OPTIMUM ADJUSTMENT OF LOAD AND INTENSITY
The program includes a weekly training cycle, during which, based on the starting conditions and the measured performance, we individually adjust the volume and intensity of the load.
Each training session has its own physiological goal to achieve and must have precise characteristics, must respect different phases to obtain the best possible results. The latter can be divided into: Warm-up, Central and main phase of the session (goal to be achieved), Final cool-down
.The whole program has been developed and will be followed by our team of coaches and technicians, a team composed of real international professionals with real professional experiences at the highest levels, who have studied in the best sports universities in Europe and North America, certified for teaching hockey, fitness, mental coaching, physiotherapists and specialists in the regeneration and health of players.
Off-season preparation consists of the following areas:

We try to evaluate the maximum training efficiency for all players, we determine the optimal load in the explosiveness training of the upper and lower limbs. Once the starting values have been established, we can work on the optimal loads to improve the athlete's explosiveness and more.
In any case, thanks to the experience of our coaches and the interpretation of complex diagnostics, the overall preparation of the player is evaluated and a training path is set for the preparation period.
