For our camps, we choose the most beautiful mountain resorts in Italy. Starting in 2026, we will also be hosting the beautiful city of Bressanone (Brixen), founded in 901. It is the oldest city in Tyrol, the historical, artistic, cultural, economic, social, and administrative capital of the Isarco Valley region.
Visiting Bressanone will be a journey through culture, nature, and gastronomy, a journey through time, between modernity and the vestiges of an important past that are on display in the old town.

Discover the cultural heritage of Bressanone
Historic buildings and picturesque churches, particularly Bressanone Cathedral, bear witness to the city's glorious past and its cultural and historical significance. The Bishop's Palace, once the residence of the Prince-Bishops of Bressanone, now houses an impressive Diocesan Museum. It is a must-see, as is the Cathedral Cloister, with its medieval frescoes. And of course, the charming old town—actually the true heart of Bressanone—is incredibly charming and always worth a stroll through its narrow streets. And for those who don't find culture and art so appealing, Bressanone also offers wonderful shopping opportunities.
Bressanone and its surroundings also enchant with their genuine hospitality. In inviting inns, restaurants, and traditional eateries, you can savor South Tyrolean traditions, secret recipes, and the local way of life over a glass of white wine, made from grapes grown in the surrounding vineyards.
The Cathedral: emblem of the episcopal city

Dominating the historic center of Bressanone is the majestic Cathedral, a landmark for the entire town, whose origins date back to 980 AD.
Having survived two fires, the episcopal church of Bressanone has been renovated several times over the centuries, first in the Romanesque style, with three naves and two bell towers, and then in the Baroque style. Traces of the latter can be found in the 33 different types of precious marble that decorate the interior. Added to this are the ceiling frescoes, spanning a surface of 200 square meters, the high altar, among the most prestigious examples of Baroque art in Tyrol, and the organ, with over 3,000 pipes. These are just some of the artistic treasures for which we invite you to visit the Cathedral and linger inside for a moment of contemplation.
The Bishop's Palace: testimony to the ecclesiastical principality

Adjacent to the Cathedral is the Bishop's Palace, the historic residence of the Prince-Bishops at a time when Bressanone was an ecclesiastical principality and the bishops also held temporal power.
Now home to the Diocesan Museum and the Diocesan Archives, the Palace boasts one of the most evocative residential courtyards in South Tyrol and houses precious artistic treasures in its 70 rooms, from medieval sculpture and painting to Baroque, Classicism, and the Romantic period. Among the many treasures are the majolica stoves in the Emperor's Wing, Viennese porcelain, and the liturgical nativity scene on the ground floor, with approximately 5,000 figurines.
Tradition and innovation: Gasthaus and trendy venues
What's striking about Bressanone is its ability to blend the ancient with the contemporary. Proof? The Gasthaus, a South Tyrolean inn where you can savor traditional local cuisine.
The town center is home to several, and the unique thing is that each is flanked by trendy eateries. A contrast between old and new that doesn't clash; on the contrary, it fascinates.
