Yoga

Starting from 2021 we have included "Yoga" in the constri camps as an essential part of the extra ice activities, which will be practiced in the morning as a muscle awakening before entering the ice and subsequently to restore balance after training, also in this case after careful analysis. on the various disciplines we have decided that the most suitable for our purpose was Yoga Vyniasa, a style suitable for those who already practice a sporting activity both for the teaching that offers to maintain breathing control in any condition and for the muscle strength required to maintain the asanas.

Vinyasa Yoga - Vi in Sanskrit means "in a special way" and nyasa, "place / do". It is a style characterized by a deep coordination between movement and Pranayama, in which the maintenance of the asanas and the transition from one position to another are carefully carried out while always maintaining full control of breathing which is a fundamental element in dynamic Yoga.
the energetic movements allow you to acquire strength, flexibility and agility, equipping the muscle groups with symmetry and endurance, while the emphasis on breathing teaches you to correctly manage balance during twisting, bending and isometric holds ..

Like many other types of yoga in existence, dynamic yoga also boasts various beneficial effects. Meditation and relaxation have an excellent influence on mood and allow you to contain stress and reduce tension.

Thanks to its predilection for certain positions that require an extension of the spine backwards, this style intervenes in a particular way on the forward curvature of the back and shoulders, shaping and correcting the posture.

There is still an improvement in the musculoskeletal system, which is stimulated and strengthened. Again as a result of the asanas performed, a strong decompression of the vertebrae is carried out, which become much stronger and more flexible. All this further benefits the back thanks to a reduction of pain and discomfort in the spine.

All the improvements in the muscles go to optimize performance also in other sports, because they allow you to acquire greater awareness and discovery of yourself and your body. In addition, dynamic yoga helps to keep fit, activates the metabolism and facilitates weight loss.
