Athletic Training

To be a good player, Off-Ice physical training is essential,

Ice hockey is considered the fastest team sport ever, it is a discipline that requires a mix of incredible skills and qualities: players must have the agility and balance of a gymnast, the strength and power of a rugby player and the hand eye coordination of a sharpshooter.

The off-ice preparation will be of fundamental importance for every phase of development and growth of the young sportsman.

This type of physical activity not only aims at improving performance but also allows you to have a good general state of health and in particular to prevent injuries.

Following the LTAD model, training sessions will be developed including exercises, circuits and sets that will work on the fundamental qualities a hockey player needs: basic motor patterns, agility, stability, explosive strength, maximal strength and aerobic power, in in order to give athletes the basics to train in the right way.

Each session will be fun and challenging because athletic training serves not only to build the body but also the character and the mind.
